1. Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms govern use of YoungVIP websites, waitlist, mobile and web applications, community spaces, content and paid services. YoungVIP is operated by YOUNGVIP LIMITED. By accessing relevant services or creating an account you agree to these Terms and Community Guidelines and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, use is subject to parental or guardian consent where legally required. Additional local-law requirements may apply.
2. Accounts and Safety
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and do not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications. You are responsible for actions through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable obligations. YoungVIP may verify relevant account information and may restrict access to protect users or comply with law.
3. Services and Educational Disclaimer
YoungVIP provides learning resources, assessments, community and communication tools, some free and some paid. Features may change with reasonable notice where applicable. Content is educational and informational, not legal advice or a substitute for official sources or professional advice. We do not guarantee examination outcomes. YoungVIP-curated Library materials may be viewed without an in-app download facility; access to user-shared resources depends on the relevant sharing settings.
4. Plus Plans and Seven-Day Trial
YoungVIP Plus plans are: weekly ₦750; bi-weekly ₦1,300; monthly ₦2,500; and yearly ₦25,000. Eligible new users may begin with a seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan automatically becomes paid and renews at its applicable billing interval until cancelled. Checkout displays the price, billing period, renewal timing and applicable conditions. Payment is processed through a third-party payment service provider or an applicable app-store payment channel. The purchase terms shown at checkout also apply, subject to mandatory law.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel through the subscription-management mechanism provided by the relevant payment channel; cancellation stops future renewals, provided it is completed before the applicable renewal deadline. Cancelling does not ordinarily refund an unused part of a current subscription period. You may request review of accidental or duplicate charges and verified technical failures at legal@youngvipapp.com. Eligible refunds or other remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law and relevant payment-platform rules. We will not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
6. User Content, Privacy and Intellectual Property
You retain rights in content you lawfully create. By posting or uploading, you grant YoungVIP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure and moderate the service for the audience you selected. You warrant that you have permission to share it. YoungVIP branding, software and original materials remain owned by or licensed to YoungVIP. Do not scrape, copy in bulk, redistribute, sell or circumvent access controls for protected materials. We handle personal information under the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use and Community Enforcement
Comply with the Community Guidelines. Harassment, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, malware, unlawful sharing, academic dishonesty, copyright infringement and unauthorized commercial solicitation are prohibited. Users can report problems; YoungVIP may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary, with review opportunities where appropriate.
8. Third Parties, Availability and Liability
External links, payment providers and WhatsApp may have independent rules. YoungVIP seeks to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy of user-generated information. To the extent permitted by law, liability for losses outside our reasonable control may be limited; nothing excludes liability or consumer and data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination and Disputes
You may delete your account through available account settings. Some information may be retained as set out in the Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Nigerian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable elsewhere. Please raise disputes with legal@youngvipapp.com first; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
10. Changes and Contact
We may revise these Terms and give appropriate notice of material changes.
