1. Welcome and Respect
YoungVIP is a place for law students and legal professionals to learn, connect and grow. Treat others respectfully. Do not bully, harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, use hateful slurs, engage in sexual harassment or target others with degrading abuse.
2. Be Genuine and Helpful
Use accurate identities and affiliations. Do not impersonate people, schools, firms or YoungVIP staff. Keep posts and discussions constructive and relevant. No repeated spam, engagement manipulation, misleading promotions or unsolicited solicitation.
3. Protect Privacy and Boundaries
Do not disclose another person’s phone number, address, private messages, confidential client or school records without authority. Respect declined message requests, blocks and requests to stop contact. Do not secretly record or redistribute Audio Study Calls or private conversations contrary to applicable law or participants’ rights.
4. Share Materials Responsibly
Upload only content you own or are permitted to share. Do not distribute pirated books, leaked examination materials, malicious links or confidential documents. Do not represent user-posted material as officially verified by YoungVIP.
5. Study Honestly
Help one another prepare, but do not arrange cheating, leak questions, manipulate assessments or extract and resell protected question banks or educational content. Follow room access rules and the reasonable instructions of hosts and moderators.
6. Keep Everyone Safe
Fraud, fake jobs or scholarships, phishing, illegal transactions, sexual exploitation and threats are prohibited. YoungVIP allows members aged 13 and above; do not exploit age differences, pressure younger members to communicate privately or solicit personal information from them. Report concerning interactions rather than confronting or publicly exposing someone.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
Use in-app reporting and blocking functions or email legal@youngvipapp.com. Where a message is reported, YoungVIP may review information made available through the report; routine administrator browsing of private messages is not permitted. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include warnings, content removal, restrictions, suspension or termination. We aim to respond to reports within one business day, although investigations may take longer.
8. Scope and Updates
These Guidelines apply to YoungVIP community features and YoungVIP-operated WhatsApp groups alongside WhatsApp’s own rules. They should be read with our Terms and Privacy Policy. We may update them as needed, with appropriate notice of material changes.
